I am Adrian Crockwell, and I go to Pickerington Central. I play varsity basketball for the school team. I believe that basketball is part of art in some way. Like the way we move on the court and it teaches you how to be creative. For example when I'm going two on one down the court I have to have a creative mind to be able to score. I for example would go left while my teammate goes down the right side of the lane, then I would throw the ball around my back to pass it so my teammate can have a easy layup. the reason for the behind the back pass is so that when the defender try to cross in front of my face to block me they won't be ready/prepared for the pass. another example basketball compares to art is because there are different technniques in art. in basketball we have plays and most the times you have to follow through with it to score but other times when you make a play yourself it shows you have a creative mind and its either gonna turn out amazing or a mess.
